Core Market The core market is the central section of the Flea at the Downs with permanent tents where our long-term vendors sign up for the season. Most core market (seasonal contract) spaces are 20’x30’ and you may configure your space with your own tent however best suits your vending style. Some vendors build out the entire space, some erect 20’x20’ tents and some use 20’ x 10’ garage tents.
